Mandatory fun Killeen Reopening ?!?!?

I drove by today and all the fields have been super picked up and new poles were put up for netting. Does anyone know anything about this it looks better than I've ever seen it before are yet reopening ?

I stopped by there today and theyre definitly doing something, working on the field some more and had a tractor out there leveling ground, anyone know whats going on ?
