Do you need to loctite the pump guide arm on a trilogy

I picked up a pmp pump kit and was just wondering do I need to loctite the guide rod onto the gun or would using some Dow 55 work?

Also is it ok to use Dow 55 on the trilogy reg? Or do I need 33?

I used thread tape,and it didnt leak on mine.And i dont know about the reg,sorry.

You can use either dow 55 or dow 33 on the regulator.
They should both work

I don't know if this will work on the PMP kit, but on my kit there was a groove for an o ring where the guide rod went into the body.

That'll seal the air inside and you can easily remove it if you need to.

Well I did pay for a pmp kit only to find out that the product that was supposed to be shipped wasn't actually there. Basically the site sent me an email saying the ship date but the day it was supposed to be shipped/delivered I got an email saying they no longer hold the pmp pump kit -_-

so got my money back. Going to have to get a different kit from paintball gateway

mostly because it is about as high-end a pump kit you can get for a trilogy.Or,this one,because it's cheaper but gets the job done:

I know the internals are based off how smooth the pump is. I wish I could get a comparison between the 2 or a decent review for each. I'm uncertain about the pump handle since I don't know how it would feel compared to a round handle.

I am 99% sure they are the exact same thing,but the Hooptie is $5 more.They are technically the WGP factory pump kits,but have been rebranded many places.And as for the internals,they will make the actual shot quality better as well.How much were you willing to spend on the whole project?
