Psp MAO dynasty vs ironmen

I missed the ironmen vs dynasty game but saw the interviews after. What was the deal about shooting a dead player? Dynasty had to break out with 2 guys? What happened?

PBAccess.com and Derder's headshot have a pretty good run down.

Dynasty played on and got a penalty, Ironmen conceded the point, Ironman player didn't hear the buzzer and played on, Dynasty players didn't hear the buzzer and played on. 3 in the box for Dynasty, 2 for Ironmen.
