Thing is they are "old" and pretty wartorn (after having been rentals...) so i was wondering if someone could give me the basics on how to bring one up to scratch!
I pretty much have very little knowledge on these markers so any general info would also be greatly appreciated,

Don't worry, they are pretty much the simplest gun ever to take apart; that's what I love about Nelson pumps.
Some good general info would be that if you are having velocity problems you probably need a new main spring. They can use phantom mainsprings, so a kit like this would work.

Do they have the pump arms like in that video?

At my local store they're selling "front" and "back" springs for phantoms:

is the "back" spring the one i want to go for?
And yes, if i recall correctly they do have the same pump arms, anything special?

No, nothing special about the pump arms. There are a different kind of Traccer that has just a small "U" shaped piece of metal as the pump arm (I have that kind) and then there are the ones like in the video.
I hope you guys have fun with them, I really enjoy playing with mine.

I'm probably going to get a few and ship them out to people around France though, they fetch like at least 50$ normally around here!
