Hey Mike, Willie, and Mods:
I was wondering if there would ever be private chat rooms?
Just a thought. I am so glad to have TechPB to leark and
learn about PB. I'm an old guy and loved PB before most of
you were born. I just wish I could have my youth back to
be a player more fit and fun to be with. Long live our game

What do you mean by private chat rooms? If theres a specific user you wish to talk with, you can double click on their name and it will open a private message with them. If you want your own room, I suggest finding an mIRC server to host it on, where you can set it up however you want. I dont think the TechPB chat allows people to start their own channels.
