so the other day i was shooting my karni pro and i was using some swelled evil and shooting an underbore. i let a few of my little brothers friends try it and when eveyone was done i hadn't seen or heard a barrel break but when i took off the barrel there was a perfect line about 1/2 a centimeter to a centimeter wide going straight down the barrel same thickness all the way down, sadly i didn't get a pic before i cleaned it, can anyone explain this phenomena?

Sounds like you shot a cracked paintball that held together well enough in the barrel to not explode, but leaked some paint out in the barrel.

unless you stopped shooting right after the break, its hard to say anything about the failure mode
The ultimate truth in paintball is that the interaction between the gun and the player is far and away the largest factor in accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

And even if he did it would still be hard to say anything definitive about it.
