So do we know who is on the team already or are we going to decide later?

Here is how you determine who will play-

1) Do they have the money to play?

Then they are on the team. Money is more important than skill at this point in the program. We need representation at the event over anything else. When we have 30 players waiving $500 in the air, ready to play, then we can be choosy. But if you've got the money and you're a student at USF, I'm pretty sure you're playing

Teams may have up to 18 players on their roster, but may field a maximum of five at any time.

That means we can have up to 18 players on the roster. Break that up, it's about $120 per person, if we fill the entire roster

A game will consist of two (2) 16-minute halves

With the average game being about 2 minutes, that's about 15 games total we can expect to play. That should average out to be 1 case, per player, per MATCH we play. So if we play 4 matches, we can expect to need to buy probably 5 cases, per player. You can expect sponsorship price to be slightly less than what we currently buy our USF paint for, at Blitzkrieg

Not too bad

Anticipated cost breakdown for 15 USF Players-

Entry - $140 per person
Paint - $150 per person
ID - unsure, if PSP ID is needed $50 per person
Hotel - $50 per person, for 4 or 5 days (most likely staying at www.regalpalmsresort.com)
Food - $30 per day (estimate $100 for the event, pizza, golden corral, cici's, etc)

So you're looking at a whisker below $500 for the event, per USF player

Wow 500... I assume thats if we fill all 18 spots... However I do like that number a lot more than the 650 i was told at the beggining. ohhhh nvm you expected me to spend 30 a day on food..... not my fat ass.

I'm pretty sure I read on the official thread that you need a student ID and government ID only for the event, but we'll have to make sure.
