what are the best settings for an etek 3 to shoot 22bps for fun. im using the ape rampage board. need all the settings necessary, please

22 bps is way too fast. When I had my etek3 I used it at 12.5 balls per second. Anything faster than that is just waisting paint. But good luck finding settings.
