pics are great, playing pics are even greater! I love looking at pictures of people rocking cockers on a field otherwise filled with boring modern guns.
I am qmto on youtube, i make funny videos because i love you all.

Got a nice Hybrid Numatix coming tomorrow. Gonna hit up R-M-I in a bit for an MQ as well, and have her purring like a kitten when it's done.

the SFL came in yesterday... other then some clear wear marks from use (she is a 10 year old gun) she is in great shape... swapped out the black e1 frame for a chrome e2 frame, and put an e3 noid housing on it... took the sidewinder reg off my pump and put her on here... the guy is sending along a CP reg replace the ABS reg the SFL came with, so that will end up on the pump.... the twist lock feedneck needs to be replaced, i hate twist locks. but i can get the damn thing off, and dont want to damage it in the event that i am stck using the twist lock.

now to sell off some of my spare cocker parts and e1 frames so i can afford an NDZ frame and yakuza board, along with a new on/off... not a fan of teh direct mount CP it came with... and the hunt begins for a chrome Evo or Nexus LPR and a new bolt.... just need to figure out the bolt length... cus the nexus bolt form my orry is too long by about a 1/4 of an inch... so i am pretty sure its an evo length bolt, but not sure if the gen4 SFLs had their own unique bolt length

Gonna make that baby purr huh? Well make sure to keep us updated. I'm in a cocker craze right now myself, all I want to do is get on the field and get some playing footage with some of mine. Just made some shooting videos today.

My new CQB setup. :dodgy:

She will purr right now... But I love the looks of the ndz frame on the gen4 sfl body... A tadao board is a must IMO for any e cocker... It just bring the whole cocker to life in a way an e2 board can't... That and I have all my tadao board setting saved on my laptop from the boards I had installed in my dc2's... I want to get rid of anything chrome on it, which right now is the frame beaver tail and pneumatics... I want them to be all gloss black and either eclipse or belsales... Might put belsales internals into her as well

Compulsive sells them too

what do you guys think of the madman rocket valve? does it actually work to lower the pressure? make the gun more efficient? i am doing research on what parts i want to put on/in this SFL,and i cant decide on the valve i want to use...

and still no real ifo on bolt length either... i need to get my hands on an evo length bolt to see if they fit... that way i can get a belsales evo bolt and drill it out to lighten it up...

I believe the early evo bolts were short. they were 5 5/8"
pre 2000. What size do you need?

I'm having velocity issues with my S5. I took the reg off and pressure tested it, turns out it only gets to 220psi max. Looks like it's time for a rebuild.

Also that's a nice little collection, I like the half block prostock.

if you are using the stock CCM reg, it might be time to get a better one... i've never been a fan of CCM parts... they make a nice pump kit and bodies... but other then that... i find shocktech and belsales internals to be above and beyond better... my orry pump with eclipse/belsales internals was smoother cycling, softer shooting, and much more quiet then my 2k2 black magic with all ccm internals...

The rebuild kit is $22. I went through reg and replaced the o-ring on the piston and it's still low, so it's a spring problem. I have a black magic. old pic:

Weird how it wont output a higher pressure than that, perhaps theres something blocking flow somehow?

I've got the reg, macro and asa hooked to my gauge. My gauge assembly consists of an old asa and ashcroft guage that I use to set all my autocockers, so I know that works. Only thing left is the HPR. It will decrease in pressure but not get above 220psi. I un-screwed the WGP reg from my black magic and used the same gauge assembly, its reading 340psi. So its something in this reg that's not right, could be a bent pin or weak spring etc.
