say someone post in b/s/t, to make it easier couldn't you just ask the seller to post it on ebay, and you will buy it from there, also is that aloud?

As far as i am aware, no, since the BST rules expressly forbid an item for sale here to be listed on eBay at the same time. Why would you want to do this? As a seller, I would refuse to do so since it means I'd have to pay even more fees. No offense, but there's always another buyer that will be willing to buy right off the forum.

Selling on here and eBay at the same time is not aloud. Choose one place or the other.

Well, I can't change his mind, but there are a few things you could show him - feedback for the person you want to buy from, as well as what memberships to the TechPB Player's Club or PBN BST Trust/Legit mean as far as giving forum staff a means to track down someone in those groups who may do you wrong. You could also join the Player's Club yourself and take advantage of the Scam Guard program that is offered to PC members.
