Let be honest and out in the open. I am not trying to be shady, but lets be fair. I have a local offer for 350. All I have to do is meet Evil Switch and I walk away with cash. I don't have to eat shipping costs or paypal fees.
Last I checked, paypal fees were 3.5%. So that is 12.25 going to paypal and flat rate priority shipping is 12.35. For your offer to even match my take home you are going to have to offer at least 375 (shipped of course). However, you still are going to have to "buy me off" and we will have to see how high you are willing to go on that! lol Going off of what I just said, you can make another offer.
With that being said, I have contacted a mod (TK-421) just to get some extra eyes on this thread. I asked if I am bound to Evil Switch or do I now go to the highest bidder. Because we are dealing locally, this puts you at a big disadvantage. So we will see what TK says also...

Sounds fair, I'm not willing to go over budget though. GLS and let me know if your deal falls through. My offer of 360 still stands, unless I find another good deal first.
