Hi I was wondering how (if there is a way) a solo paintball player could be sponsored? solo as in just one player.

Yes if you are an extremely talented pro level player or scenario guy with a large following.

or you are on good terms with your local field, as that is most likely the sponsorship you will have

Theoretical answer, yes. Really life? No. I'm sorry but unless you have a MASSIVE following (wolf, mike, few others) then your not going to be given a scholarship just for yourself. We can all dream though....

you dont need "skills" to draw sponserships, personality, networking media attention and your hard work probably do a majority of that. IE look at a guy like Mike (hes a awesome player so dont take this the wrong way) But there are alot of players who would be considered equal or greater skill, Mike put work into his videos, he is an amazing guy to talk and to be around. (probably because I kinda fanboyed on the dude but hey happens right?)
look at wolf, once again wolf isnt a super noob grinding machine, but hes put time and work into his stuff, hes pushed his media, he didnt start with a dye parntership, it took him a long time to get that.
so in a sense, there is alot of hope for the singles, there are a TON of PB channels run by 1, 2 or 3 people slowly grabbing the attention of the media on you tube , twitter, facebook ect ect. one like, follow or sub at a time
