i'm very certain the nppl is uncapped since its semi only, and i think it should stay that way, now if we were talking psp then yea 13(.3)

I think it should be capped the same as the PSP. 13 bps.



Images used in signatures are to be less than Width of 600px, and height of 160px. Only ONE image is aloud in the signature, and it must be 30k or less. Only 5 lines of text are aloud. No text larger then size 2 is allowed in the signature.

i think the nppl shouldnt be capped because shooting fast is a skill, let it stay semi uncapped

Sorry, shooting fast isn't really a "skill". A talent yes. But it's not an indicator of being a better player

I'd love to see the cap come down to a ridiculously low level. Make pro players perfect their other skills, and reduce some of the technology/money hurdle that keeps new players from getting into the sport competitively.

i like uncapped. it is semi and its not like people make super high bps anyways.

If capped, it should be like 10, it would encourage a lot more movement.
