I won the 68ci tank and I just got it in and was wondering if it is set at Proto slg rate already Please respond!

All ninja regs are set to high pressure, about 800psi, when they leave the factory unless you specify otherwise. This should be just fine for almost all guns and vertical regs. Please check with the gun or vertical reg manufacturer to be sure.
For an SLG it will be just fine with no adjustment needed.
