all consitency is usually people saying "X"FPS +/-"y"
but thats shooting paint in itself could cause huge vairables along w/ the barrel so I'm curious is there a way to stick a sensor down the barrel and line it up righ in front of the bolt and start hammering on the trigger and seeing how hard the air hits the sensor? this would allow someone to quicklyget a lot of data to see how consistently a gun was firig without having to waste paint or worrying about if gun1 or gun2's paint shot better because there is not paint involved. Also I was curious if you could do the same thing with something that could read dB that way you know what gun is actually the loudest or quitest definatively then you would be able to decide on that without trying to factor inwhat barrel each person has since barrel uprgrades are quite the commonplace.

That's interesting. I bet some savy electronics guy could build something based off a Wheat Stone Bridge?
