Hi guys thanks for checking out my post today. I'm looking to get into pump. I have a mini, a vibe, and some other semi's. But I can't afford to waste around 80 bucks every paintball weekend. I've been looking at all the different types of pump and some guns. I would want a gun with a feed tube (no hopper) and I would prefer to use my air tank (modified stock class) or use a stock. I'm a noob in the pump area, but what gun should I look at. I'd prefer to have for pretty cheap for i'll be selling my mini to pay for most of it. Thanks.

Yeah I looked at that. It didn't really specify what type (open, modified, stock) class they were. Thanks for the suggestion. I had an Azodin Kaos but I wasn't a big fan of it even for the price.

Best way to go is to look for a used autococker pump (sniper)
Look for CCM pump kits, ccm/belsales/shocktech internals, and a clamping feedneck, and you will have a really Nice pump for Sub $220

If you want MSC then you can just get any budget open class pump gun (trilogy, Kaos pump, etc) and put a sanchez stick feed on it

My budget is less than 250, even 250 is pushing it.

Thanks for showing me that I didn't know you could do that. What gun would I get to put it on?

You could get a msc phantom, which would require a stock class phantom, an Asa, and some fittings. Or just pick up a regular cocker pump (basically all you get to pick between is check-it products or used, but seeing the abundance of cocker parts used isn't an issue). The phantom will be much smaller, but comes with a MUCH worse pump stroke. All a matter of personal opinion, I don't prefer one to the other, get both in your hands and see which you like more.

Okay thanks for all the suggestions. What about the traccer? I'm leaning towards the phantom because it looks like a lot less putting together.

I personally wouldn't suggest a traccer as they have rough pump stroke, and are bottle out the back. What I would suggest is this:

Used trilogy off of ebay:$50
This pump kit http://www.paintball...asmaupugu1.html :$70
This stick feed http://www.paintball...ma13roalfe.html :$35
Total:$155 for a pretty good first time pump setup. The stick feed is good for switching between open class and modified stock class quickly. And trilogys provide a very upgradeable gun, because you can get a reg,on/off ASA,barrel, grip frame, and many other things.

You get what you pay for on a BT Trracer, it will probably break quicker than say oh a Phantom. Just buy a Phantom if you want to play stock class, not to mention awesome efficiency

Phantoms are the way to go for your price range. Can't go wrong with them, plus the looks/attention you get on fields is quite a lot. When I use my pump people are astounded that I need to pump my gun to shoot it. Kind of sad when I look back on it now.
