Any mask out there is going to fog up. The anti-fog coating on the lenses prevents most fog issues, but in the dead heat of summer, fogging will occur. The only way to stop your mask from ever fogging up too much is having a cooling fan mounted in your mask.
The mask you listed is ok, but I would recommend checking out the JT Proflex's & V-Force Profilers

But don't those proto axis mask have a cool little fan you can buy with them?

JT Spectra system masks (Proflex, Flex7, Flex8, etc) have a fan available for them.
Proto Axis and Proto Switch masks have a fan available for them.
vForce profilers do not have a ready-made fan available for them.
I'm going to try out an anti-fog product called "Cat Crap" pretty soon, so when I do get around to it, I'll post a review.

I've never seen or heard of a Proflex fogging. I own a Proflex, and man I've honestly never seen an ounce of cloudiness on the lens.
Grillz and Profilers are good fog resistant, but if you neglect them, they MAY fog. Grillz, because of how close your face is to the lens perhaps, can fog in rain and/or cold. I own Grillz too.

My V-force shield or Proflexs never ever fog up.

I have this thing called fogtech that you apply onto your mask and it doesnt fog. Its fantastic. I even went to my shower and made my whole bathroom fog up but my mask didnt. Its pretty cool.

I can not say enough good things about the EVents goggles. Im a big fat sweaty bastard and I never fog mine up.
Another good tip to help prevent fogging is to make sure you have a bandanna or head wrap all the way down over your eye brows. This will keep the sweat out of your mask.
