ANSgear shipping question general question on shipping

ordered an item on friday. confirmation call came saturday. Since i live in illinois, which by their map the shippin is 4 days, when should the package arrive?

Confirmation on Sat means Monday is day 1 + Tues is day 2 + ... all the way out to Thursday being shipping day 4.

This also depends on the company/website/etc you buy it from. There is companies, like HP, that actually process the orders on Monday which means the item/s will be shipped on Tuesday if the order was placed on the weekend or Friday after standard business hours.

So there is a chance he can get it on Friday as the 4th day even but I don't know how Ansgear works.

I ordered it on friday. they called on saturday saying that they shipped it. So it will probably be thursday. The shipping company doesn't actually start moving the packages on the weekends. So the delievery began on monday so four days would be monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday.

Not necessarily. California has been having bills circulating around for some time now to outlaw or change both airsoft and paintball. If one of these bills ever went through it would seriously hurt both sport in Cali. probably resulting in all the companies moving to other states as well.

It all depends on the shipping terminals. You may have to go through 3 terminals where others go through 2.

Also 4 days are usually working days.

Also a tip for you guys that I have learned ordering from ANS. I had two orders ship on the same day, one via USPS First Class (cheapest option), and on via the free Fedex Ground (generally more expensive if it isn't free with your order). The USPS First Class one showed up a day prior to the FedEx one. This obviouslly is dependant on your location, so may not be the same case for everyone, but for me, the USPS First Class shipping is cheaper and faster than the more expensive FedEx Ground shipping. Additionally, USPS delivers on Saturdays. Just thought I'd share with the group :)

well didn't come today. hopefully tomorrow which would be a friday. So i guess that either fedex is slow or they sent it out on monday and that means the fourdays after would be tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday. My shiny drone dx is probably in some storage center somewhere around illinois.

The attachment is the gun and tank. The loader didn't come. THey made a mistake at ans and sent me a I4 invision in the same color as the rotor. They will send me the hopper soon.
