I just got a Bob long marq 7. Do I need a pressure tester to maintain it?

You should always have one with any bob long gun
It helps maintain it a lot easier and keep it at good operating pressures.

To properly set the pressure you will probably need a pressure tester, you are better off getting one anyway. A Marq (or a Bob Long marker in general) will always shoot 100x better when the pressures are set properly. It makes your pressure easy and quick to set and allows you to tune your marker perfectly. A pressuer tester will be money well spent, definitely go for it. A tuned Marq is one of the best shooting markers there is.

Where can you find one because I don't have a paypal account. Are they available at the local paintball store?

other than finding one used or buying a new one at bob long direct your probably out of luck. pressure testers are more of a "specialty" item than anything. i know that none of the shops i've been to have them

all you need is a credit card or debit card to use paypal. either get one of those or ask your parent to borrow theirs.

Those are Victory testers, not Marq testers. The two are incompatible.

50 dollars is kinda alot for a pressure tester. Should I just trade it for an Axe or will the marq still outperform the axe without the pressure tester?

well if you can't pressure test it then it will always shoot really funny, because they are THAT sensitive to pressure. just get the tester. then the marq kicks the shit out of the axe.

I have a Marq 7, and you don't need a pressure tester for general use. You would only need one if you want to start changing the LPR, or if you service the LPR. If it shoots fine when you get it, don't worry about it.
