Nah... I wana make it out of pvc... I know there are other ways... I wana make it out of pvc tho.

Only thing I would choose something softer than plastic. Reason being is depending how far away you're shooting if it hits the plastic you don't want the reballs to bounce all over the place. I would use a PVC pipe and make it into a square, wrap a towel, blanket, sheet, pillow case around it so once the reballs go in, they don't bounce and collect at the bottom of the sheet
