My experience with Kee Action Sports A+

So, a couple weekends ago, my Z2 quit on me, the motor wouldn't spin but the board was working fine. It was strange since I hadn't been playing very aggressively that day, but the weekend before it had been a bit damp. I contacted empire right away via email and they got right back to me within a day, saying simply It was either the motor or the capacitors for the motor, which in either case they would ship me a new motor. All I had to do was give them my adress. Within a week a small box shows up at my door, with a new motor, complete with a new wire harness! I didn't even have to solder anything. They didn't even ask for any warranty information.(I was under warranty and the first owner, but they didn't ask or seem to care) Overall, I love Kee's customer service, they were prompt, had the parts, and got them shipped out promptly. And all it took was a couple emails! Definitely an A+ company that I will definitely buy from again!

Protip. Buy a shovel. Dig and Pile REPEAT until desired effect is achieved. Builds upper body and character. Bitches love upper body and character.

pretty much all of the big manufacturer's have great customer service.
BLAST is fast and verifies the problem is fixed before they send a gun back to you.
Dye techs are extremely knowledgeable about the product, and they'll even talk you through any repairs over the phone. They take good care of their dealers as well.
KEE never seems to really bother with verifying warranty info and is pretty much ready to send you any parts you need if you call them.
of all of the companies that i've had experience with, PE's was actually the least helpful in that they always ask for the defective part back before sending you a new one(in my experience). At major events, though, they are great as they have techs on duty all day.

Yeah kee just...does it. Like they tend to not care about warranty or anything. GoG, its half and half. Dye guys talk mouthfulls of useful and knowledgeable stuff, good help if you're a guy who likes companies who pay attention to every detail.

KEE just doesn't want to deal with it so they just send you parts. Lol
My friend broke his mini board 3 times and they have him a board 3 times.
