Good for you. I recommend cutting it out, although it will be hard, it is more beneficial. I do enjoy a soda every once and a while though

Read somewhere that diet soda is worse for you than regular soda, because of all of the chemicals and such that replace the sugars.

It becomes easier once you start and set a goal for yourself. I am now on my way of giving up chips as well!

Give me a diet soda over a normy soda any day of the week. That normal stuff is hell on your body, and your teeth. Just ask my teeth... they're probably more fake than real. BUT my mouth is also high in acidity which didn't help anything either.

I love herbal tea! The only thing people do wrong is run to gas stations and get that iced tea shit with all the sugar in it and assume they're drinking healthy tea lol I've been accused
