So I recently got started into the induction of the Hellcats paintball team, and, though I am not in it yet(need field certified player certification for d4), I want to get into shape for the upcoming season. I am already in decent shape as I have just finished my fall soccer season playing as midfield. Did that season help me at all for paintball? And what drills I should do to keep me in shape? I am 5' 4" but 150lbs. I normally just do suicides and sprints weekly. I have layed off the soda, and started eating less and healthier daily. Anything else?

Instead of doing sprints weekly, try doing it 2-3 times a week but less intense.

I run, a lot of cadio, and some weights. If you can find it XSV Hellweek is a good video to watch for some work outs.
