What program is good to make a team logo?

Hey guys, I have started a team in the Middle East and I was wondering what is a good program that I can make our team logo.

There is a member in here by the name of Hebiki, give him a shout and he will be able to help you. Really nice guy and makes some of the sickest looking jerseys I've ever seen. Yes, I know I'm not a mod but figured I would help him out because this isn't a "complaint".

Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop would be your best bet.

You could also try to do it in Gimp (free photoshop).
