Guinness for a low Cal beer.
Cold processed grass fed whey protein after work outs and SuperFood Green pills (kelp, seaweed, spinach, all your greens that taste horrible in a pill form)

Guinness has about the same calories in it as with other beers. Besides, its a stout.

I really don't have a problem with them and i think they should be legal. I do not think they should be in sports, but if some guy at the gym wants to get stronger than they should be an option. They are far safer than sooooo many other drugs out there when taken properly, and they work.

Compared to Heavy Wheat beers; Sam Adams, Sierra Nevada @ 160-180 per 12oz Guinness is low cal @ 120 per 12oz.
I am not getting problem with it being a stout? I know that is the type of beer but help me understand why that is good or bad.
