I always hated how pretty much every single tank cover was made of some sort of fabric, thus causing it to be a pain in the ass to take off the gun, even with an on/off ASA.I use the exalt tank butt, and LOVE IT!

From personal experience,
I found that if applied properly it shouldn't move around too much. In fact, mine doesn't move at all and works just like a tank butt would but with more protection. Of course, the con for it is that it can tend to be a pain in the ass to put on the tank. That's my personal experience.

Mine doesn't move and slip, just buy a tank cover that has rubber grips all over it.
