Allright I am not new to all this fitness.
I been going at it since 2010 and went from 208 to 170ish. I just got in my own appartment and eat fruits and veggies everyday.

What is the superfoods that help best to turn yourself as a fat burner? i still have some fat that need to go down before I start working out next year.

Thanks :)

water is a great "superfood", as silly as it sounds.

It helps joints, it helps brain function, it helps muscles, it helps recovery, it helps digestion, and it also help stave off hunger and keeps "overeating" in check. Try this - take a bite of a food, drink a sip of water... see if you can eat the same big plate of food. About halfway, you're going to feel like you swallowed a whole watermelon

Also, studies have shown that drinking a tall glass of ice cold water cranks up your metabolism a little bit too

Raspberry ketone has been disputed, and some claim it has been debunked as a fat loss aid. If you want a supplement for this, green tea extract actually has some clinical trials behind it. Not saying that raspberry ketone doesn't work, but there have been no human studies meaning all evidence is currently anecdotal. It does contain antioxidants so there may be some health benefits, but again green tea and green tea extract are known for this as well.

Anyway, I am a big whey fan.

Hot sauces/spices can be a low calorie way of adding some flavor to your food, while it has also been shown to increase metabolism slightly.

As said, water is one of the most overlooked fat loss aids out there.

Oatmeal. High in fiber and fills you up for hours.

Low/nonfat milk instead of 2 or 3%.

Coffee IS technically a superfood, as long as you drink it black. It has antioxidants, caffeine, and dozens of minerals that your body needs. But if you put a metric shit ton of sugar and cream in, it completely negates any bonus it might give you.
