I'm more of a "If you want to play, meet me there and we'll play" than a "I'll give you a ride to and fro and make it the best time of your life".

Grabbing a few field passes then handing them out to friends of friends at the bar tends to get a few bookings.
the field makes a few extra dollars n i save on admission. more Tater Tots for everyone.

I have many complete set ups for new players that I let them borrow free until they can get their own gear (typically they only use it once before buying their own). Including decent masks! They just have to furnish paint and air.

I also make videos that show the fun of the game, and I invented the ZoomCam so the viewers at home can SEE the hits. (many new players see my videos and decide to try the sport for the first time).
Most of all, I have fun, and when someone is having fun, others want to as well!
After this game
I handed out my custom Trails of Doom stickers to everyone in attendance that wanted them... (I sell them on Ebay to help support my costs for running my field and making paintball videos if you want a set).

2) always have a good loaner setup for them, tank, loader, gun, mask, etc
3) make sure they have a good time
4) give them good advice on a good setup for their budget
5) make videos and post them on Youtube
That's what I do

Well Mike, we all know what you do to contribute to the growth of paintball... ;P Thanks for the response though!
Thanks for all the responses, by the way guys. It's great to know that there are some people out there that actually contribute to the growth of the sport!
