Just a heads up to everyone planning on staying in the hotels near Hero's.

Exonn is going to be draining their tanks that weekend and the cleaning crews are taking up most of the space at the hotels. If you can get in early I highly recommend that you do so. I think the only one that has two double bed rooms available is the Ramada, the rest are almost booked solid and only have king rooms available.

Hopefully this year Hero's has better service then they did last year. Sunday night last year was atrocious. 30 minutes to get a glass of water? Terrible.

Checked the Marriott over there and they still have king rooms available. I'm going to see if I can reserve two without paying for me and a buddy. He's still not sure if he is going or not, so I don't want to pay for them yet.

On a side note, I never heard about Hero's when I was at LL4. I have to check it out this year. Even if I end up flying solo, my ass is going to party!

Ive been there on a few Saturday nights and usually its dead. So I can see why the service could be so bad if they are understaffed. If your feeling really ambitious, a few of us could always send them an email and let them know were coming so they have time to prepare.

4 Deep in the King Rooms at the Marriot honestly isn't bad. We did 3 last year and still had room to spare. It'd get a little crowded with 4, but its manageable. Just keep most of your excess gear in your car.


Hero's at Saturday being bad coulda been understandable. Hero's on Sunday (after most people had left) having bad service in inexcusable. THere was a waitress sitting down at a table talking to some random people for like 45 minutes and there were people waiting to be served.

I wont be able to get a room until we get there. Does this mean there is a chance i wont get a room =( this is mine and my girlfriends first year and i dont want it to suck due to sleeping in the car =/

You can camp out if you'd like, there's a lot of space to do that. But if you're planning on getting a room there, good luck. You'll need it.
