what upgrades should i get first for the old pmr the barrel, trigger, feedneck,or on/off asa and what brand should i go with and is the new designz pro lite trigger frame any good also what mask is better for a big guy, the dye I4, empire e-vents,or v-force grill. i need all the help i can get

first thing you should do is the feedneck, then trigger, then barrel, after that play with it some more and put on it what you feel necessary.

ive used all the masks and the Grillz offer much more head protection.

buy a good mask before you buy upgrades for your gun

if you already have the aluminium backcap (must have) get a ultralite trigger then new designz feednech and Cp barrel 1 or 2 piece i have both and both are excellent

If you are a big guy and have a (no offense) big head I wouldn't go with the i4's as they are very small. Go with the grillz, they have a very fast lens change and good protection. Agreed with Ames on the other upgrades. First feedneck, trigger, than barrel.

cp 12" barrel, cp clamping feedneck, dangerous power flip asa (link below), samurai trigger, bolt, reg, and finally board, then just stuff to make your gun look better.
