Ego 9 rammer

Hey guys.
My friend just bought an ego9 off the internet and we went to go test it. It wouldn't shoot. After talking with the seller, trying to figure things out, we found that everything works fine, except the rammer wouldn't move. Does anyone have any ideas what to do?

Are the regs open and allowing air to get to the gun? Have you tried a new battery? Clean and re-lube the ram?

A few questions first,
Will the ram not move at all? Or will it not move when aired up? Or will it just not move then the trigger is pulled?
Which rammer is it?
What are the board/LPR/HPR settings?
