I was fat 2 its nothing some hard work and dedication cant fix

I just want to share my story. I was always a chubby kid growing up from 4th grade all the way to 8th. I was at 212 pounds my 8th grade 5'10 was my height. I always said im goning to losee but never did. Then one morning i look at my self in the mirror and said to myself. "Thats it im done being fat" said and done. I started working out and EATING HEALTHY at thee end of my 8th grade summer i weighed in at 182. that made me feel so much better. i had the stamina to run again with out having a heart attack. Then i started to lose more weight with out even trying all i did was stick to my diet. Then 10th grade came along and you thats when your life starts to begin you have a car you go to party's you have older friends. So i kept to my diet and work out plan and mid 10th grade i was weighing in at 164 i had never felt so good in my life. Thats when i began to play tackle football this sport changed my life. I had to gain more muscle to play quarterback so i did. After working out for football i weighed 178 of muscle.

My workout
My work was jog for 45 min warm up then. I i would bench press and do situps,pushups,etc etc. To finsh it all off i joged once more for 45 min that was every other night.

MY DIET
I took all that fast food crap and threw it out the window. No pop,NO bk. I ate very reasonable portions for my hieght because ny this time i was 6'2 i was pretty tall


That what i stuck to im 22 and am still in shape. TRUST ME IF I CAN DO IT YOU CAN
if you have any ? just ask i can answer them.

Also i forgot to mention that paintball played a HUGE roll in me losing weight seeing how i was playing since 9th grade

boxing can help u lose weight fast to ive never been chubby but ive seen kidds lose weight fast, as long as they work hard

yah footballs helped alot i lost 15 pounds just from conditioning. And it realy wasnt that hard. But it is easier to lose weight when you have more to lose

Nice work! I think this is a perfect example of you have to want to lose the weight to lose it. A lot of people say I need to lose weight yada yada but they never want to dedicate their lives to it. Eating healthy and excercising is a lifestyle not a hobby, people have trouble grasping that. Congrats! Keep up the good work!
