iv been thinking about going to .50 cal since paint is so expensive and was gonna go mikes mod on the pinokio. i got an etek 3 so the setup wouldn't cost too much

I actually have both.... im going to say the pinokio crushes the rotor. I have the rotor and with old/bad paint its just a jam fest and the sharkfin doesnt even do anything! The pinokio doesnt jam with any paint or reballs, yes it might be bigger but it forces you to play tighter and you dont have to spend 25 dollors on the rotor to make it hold 250 rounds. it holds 260 just fine and if you play scenario/back and like having alot of paint slap on the 400 rnd extension. the pinokio is 125 new the rotor is 160-170....thats BS. Ok now if you really care about the size wait for December the new pinokio will be out and it will be a revolution 8 ounces smaller than rotor, holds 260-400 rounds like normal, it will be 150 though. Right now my rotor is inside its box(hoping to trade it for the new pinokio/valken loader eventuallly) and my pinokio is in the gearbag.

do you really wana spend 150 to make your etek 50 cal? or do you wana do what i do and get good paint cheap? i got 10 cases of marbs for 100 just saying craigslist is great. also Ans has JT paint on clearence for about 20 a case. when its all said and done you pay 50 for a case of 4000 50 cal balls, or you could buy JT, or Inertia paint for 20-25 a case same amount of balls....

iv heard a lot of bad things about jt paint. that they stain, the eyes on some guns have trouble reading them, they chop/barrel break. i usually shoot DSX rec or Diablo heat and have neither have ever chopped/barrel break. iv never bought paint online, i go down to pevs and pick paint up the day before

damn that was almost an amazing coincidence. i hadn't been to sportsland in years. i never really liked their field for some reason. i think its cause if you run out of air or paint you gotta walk up that huge ass hill

iv been looking at some videos from pap and i gotta be honest, im kinda intimidated by their playing skill. from what i can see it looks like everyone there has tourny experience which is wayy more experience than i have. even though iv been playing for 4 years, thats all woods ball. i juts started speedball this past July.
can you tell me more about the community there. are there lower skilled player that i dont see that i can compete with.

Well, a girl lost her eye there last year...
I like their shop, but I don't like their field. Their refs tend to dick around and aren't very attentative. The last time I was there they hardly enforced the use of the chronograph. There are some players who wouldn't give a shit, but there are some players who will help you develop skills, you just need to look.
