Setting dwell

Should I change my dwell setting when using compressed air? I my marker is dangerous power g4.

Yes, If you were using CO2 it takes a longer dwell. You dont have to change it, but it would help with efficiency.

No, and a G4 can only use HPA.

HPA is short for "High Pressure Air". It's a fancy way of saying compressed air.

if efficiency isnt a concern, leave it where it is. There would be no reason to mess with something that isnt broken.

You shouldn't be using C02 with a G4 anyway, it's not designed for it. The stock dwell works fine.

I guess what I should of asked is should you change your dwell setting for different propellants. Such as co2, hpa,nitrogen.

N2 is the same as HPA and that is the same as compressed air.


Air is made up of mostly Nitrogen, if you took a science class you would know that.



NEVER use a CO2 tank on an electronic marker, it messes with the electronics. Imagine ruining the electronics on a $2,000 marker.
