I got my son to make mine out of ally at school. Its kind of a square shape now and 3mm thick with a little handle on each corner (much better design). Just re-use the little c clip on the bottom and slide it on.
They can be very useful as I discovered in a recent tourney when I emptied a pot of smashed paint into my hopper lol.
