Hi, today when I tryed to report a spambot it brought me to this page http://www.techpb.co...pid=3101723&st= making it impossible to report It, I tryed it about 15 time on many different post but it would not work.

either slinky is playing wiht the forums to combat the spom bots, or the post you were trying to report was deleted while you were trying to report it... if its not either of those, and you can still see the thread, try clearing your cashe

I just cleared my cache and still get the exact same error message.

If you experience this in the future, hit the back button, and refresh the page. If you suddenly aren't allowed to see it, or it's disappeared from the topic list, that means it's already been taken care of.

have you tried reporting the member? (sorry if this is only supposed to be mods and OP, but i thought it might pertain to a whole report issue and if not, help pin down a way of reporting that works)

as i understand it slinky is playing with the settings... you are not the first one to say you dont have reporting powers... i believe slinky was going to try something witht eh member groups... if you have less then say 50 posts you are a member, once you hit that 50+ post count you are a registered user... i will have to look back in the thread he explained it in to be sure...

Just wanted to say that the reporting button is still not working for me.
I keep trying to report the spam but it says the same thing as the other guy
"[#10136] You do not have permission to report the item you are attempting to report"
and even in the persons profile
