Ok so I have a mini. It works fine but should I sell it for $300 and essentially get my money back/minimal loss to grab an etek (1-3), an ego (5-7), or a different used supergun? I would say extcy with a shit load of ups but it doesn't take my a/c AA back

A used axe, vice, marq, dm, ect.... Alot of the old used superguns are great choices.... An old DM will shoot better than a new extcy... An axe is my favorite out of all of those though.... It shoots super smooth.... AND, it takes AC threads.
You gas up the marker, strap on the mask, and walk onto the field... It doesn't matter that you failed a test, that your girlfriend broke up with you last nite, all that matters is your in your world next 2 hours. Live it. Love it. Paintball <3

Good luck selling a mini for 300$ I'd hang on to it and save up for a super gun or at least a used vice

Unless you find someone that is very new to paintball (hint hint, craigslist) a potential buyer will not add much value to the price of a used gun due to upgrades. They should basically be seen as personalized settings by the previous owner.

Depends on if you want a poppit, or spool. The Drone is a really nice gun, if you don't mind the trigger, and the strange "PSP" mode.
