i use
win + r msconfig
win + r cmd
win + r devmgmt.msc
win+r perfmon /res (or non /res depending /res is more useful imo)
win + r eventvwr
literally 2 dozen times a day at work so to me these are the most important shortcuts save ctrl c ctrl v, but i also have opera hotkeyed to my liking for games i play, can open and cycle thru 1000 tabs in a second or two

Bumping just for the pure awesomeness in this thread. By the way, I finally got my Windows key working, I had my keyboard in "gaming mode" so it was disabled.

Steam - slygathore
Building a computer is like playing with Legos, the pieces only fit one way

Quick Closing
If you have multiple instances of a program, say 3 tabs of Internet Explorer, you can use the scroll button to close them.
Step 1: Move mouse over the programs on the taskbar, or click on it.
Step 2: Go over the window you want to close and press the scroll button.
Easy Opening
You can use Shift + Click to open another instance of a program.
Step 1: Hover over the program you want to open another instance of.
Step 2: Press hold down Shift and click it.

I might have missed reading this one in the list.
If you have a program you open pretty frequently, you can pin the shortcut to the taskbar and open it by pressing Windows Key+ Number key corresponding to it's position. For example, Win+1 will open Internet Explorer because it's in the first position. On my computer, the snipping tool is the second one so it'll be Win+2. Naturally, you can drag and drop the programs around to change their position.
