Another BST Trade question

Also, can i post the same ad in two places? For example, to get more people to see it, can i put it in the trade shack and elctronic gun sections?

No, but you could only put it in the electronic section and stipulate that it's local trades only.

Yes you can OBF you may be thinking of the rule were you can't post it on ebay or amazon because those sites if someone buys it there you have to sell it to them. You can put your thread in multiple sections of techpb as long as they fit
