Sean mentioned that yes they will have .50 cal paint for sale at the event. I don't think he mentioned a price though. Supposed to be a bunch of options for pre-reg though so look for it when registration goes live very soon.

.50 cal seems like a really good idea to me for scenarios.I don't know if it will be allowed at LL,but if it is, I just might be running it.Its about $250 for a gun and hopper, which is about all thats necessary. And you can carry about 1000 balls in 3 pods.

last year it was $80 for a case of 4000 50 cal. From my experience 50 cal is not a fun woodsball caliber. I'm going to use it during the final battle but the range sucks too much for me to use it during the day

well I bought the Spyder Opus and the Kingman Rapid, so I only have abut $130 invested, which is great for me...I know it's a mech gun, but it will allow me to shoot paint and conserve it at the same time, and with .50 cal on my Ninja 90/4500, i'll never run out of air haha

Anyone know if the Ego .50 cal kits fit on an Ego 9?

Interesting, might trade an Axe for an Ego 8 plus cash, then pick up a .50 cal kit..

Sounds like a good idea if you planned on shooting Splatmaster .50 cal paint for the whole event, it would be much cheaper if they sell it at 20 bucks for 1000.
