Before Day One) Height: 5'11, Weight: 215 Lbs, Waist: 40"
Day one) Height 5'11, Weight: 214 Lbs ( mostly just water loss I'm sure), Waist: 40"!
Day two) Height:Same Weight: 213 Lbs Waist: same (going good, looking forward to tomorrow)
Day three) Not much of a change since it was arms and shoulders day, yoga tomorrow( )
Day four) Weight change, after full workout and dinner I am now down to 211 Lbs! Progress, its great!
