Virtue laser eyes problems!

So I got my laser eyes from Zephyrpaintball.com and when I open the case and then open the small plastic bag I saw that one of the eyes has died like it had a black spot on the plastic inside on one and not on the other and I tried to put it on the axe and then only one eyes came on. What should I do? should I contact Zephyrpaintball? and a quick question two of the laser eyes have to work right or only one?

Only one eye transmits a laser, the other is the receiver.
