Not trying to be an ass but realistically - How does the age of my pictures affect anything? I can understand wanting pictures with my username and such, but the date seems a bit unnecessary. Taking and uploading new ones is a pain, finding the camera, finding the USB cable, remembering the password to Ye Old Photobucket account, etc.

Basically, I just want to know why the date (an updated one, rather) is required. Not doing this to be funny, I just want to know.

It is to show that at the current time you own/have the item you are selling with you.

Someone can have a picture from 2009 and post it up for sale today, but guess what, he sold it a year back...

I could take a picture of something today, sell it tomorrow, leave the ad up as though I still had it and the picture wouldn't be considered "outdated"...

Re-opened....

Two reasons....

1. To reduce the level of scams.......as I always said, if you BST online only do it with money you can lose.

2. To show the true condition of the item. Many members use their gear and condition can change......as I aways said, ask for many pics from different angles if considering buying.

This is to better our BST buyers experience....
