Two Men Arrested Following Robbery & Assault With Paintball Gun

Stonington - Two Charlestown, R.I., men were arrested Tuesday after an investigation into a February robbery during which a man was assaulted with a paintball gun.
Lt. Keith Beebe said Steven Holten Santos, 25, of 204 Klondike Road, and Justin M. Hazard, 25, of 487 Ross Hill Road, are accused of robbing a man in the parking lot of a Tim Hortons doughnut shop on Feb. 10.

Holt was charged with using the paintball gun to shoot the victim in the eye. He was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny, second-degree assault, first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery.

Santos was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny, first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery.

Hope they spend a long time in jail

Wow thats pretty bad. Some people are just really screwed up. But anyway, does it say if it was at night? Because a daylight robbery in a parking lot is almost as stupid as using a paintball gun to do it.

crime's like this are just more convincing the police and city council's to make paintball guns illegal in your city. They should stop selling paintball eqipment in department stores like walmart.
