tank problems

i emptied my 48/3000 ninja hpa tank last night and now when i shake it it makes a tinking noise is this normal, what do you think the problem might be?

Thats normal. Its the seal inside the fill nipple I believe. Without pressure it has nothing holding it in place. It's fine

There is no air pushing the pin in place as well as the fill nipple pin.
