[Eblade] DIY Eblade-Eye(s).

As getting parts for autocockers is getting increasingly difficult, I decided to make some of my own. This time it's eblade eye(s).

For this project you'll need:
- Photointerrupters: (KODENSHI SG-2BC PHOTOINTERRUPTERS SG2BC)
- Wire with molex connector: (Mini. Micro 1.5 4-Pin JST Connector w/Wire)
- Epoxy glue or nailpolish and superglue.
- Heatshrink tubing

First off, you'll need to solder the wires onto the "legs" of the photointerrupter.. I placed the interrupter with the flat side UP in my "helping hands".
Then measure up how "short" you can cut the leg of the photointerrupter and snip the excess off.
Slide some heatshrink tubing over the cable-"ribbon" and let it stay down by the connector.
Solder the white wire onto the upper right "leg", the yellow onto the lower right, the black onto the lower left and the red to the upper left.

Cover the legs and solderjoints in either epoxy or a generous layer of nailpolish.

Let dry COMPLETELY, then drag the heatshrink-tubing over the interrupterlegs and solderjoints. Then put a heatsource to it to shink it onto the joints to keep everything in place.
I tend to over"dimension" the securing of my projects. So grab your favorite brand of superglue and cover the top and bottom of the heatshrink-tubing.
TEST your completed eye!

I'm sorry that some of the pictures looks like they've been taken using a 3week old potato. I can always take new ones using my DSLR, when doing my next batch of eyes
