why do i have a "warn status" bar at the bottom of all my info when i post?

I think that is to tell you if people are reporting your posts.

This for for if you do something not allowed. Say you post an offer in BST and no picture, if you click on it it will say that. Say is you post something disturbing, or freak out on someone it might turn blue, and you have a 10% warn status.
