Good times... Still have mine. All 3 Barriers ($40 a piece where I live) and all the synchros needed to lock down, and absolutely destroy my opponent. Then Consecrated Light came out and my deck stopped being so good.

Now, I run a Fabled Lock-Down. It's genius, and works well. I barely play anymore though. Inzektors, Wind-Ups, Agents, all of those meta decks now piss me off.

I actually went down to the local tournament they had running down here, lots of older players, three hours before I went down there, I had no idea what the fuck Wind-Ups or Inzectors were, I researched them, and laughed my jolly ass off.

Wolfwood with his amazing deck, with gold card sleeves, studded with diamonds and spinning rims, hadn't played in well over five years, and I came in second, the only reason I lose is because my deck was being a cunt and wouldn't give me the cards I wanted.

Shounen Jump was actually the reason I refuse to buy Shounen Jump in stores anymore, every time you buy one, the card is always missing, when I was a kid, I got pissed the fuck off because I bought the god damn thing for the god damn card.

I pretty much just swiped the cards until I was 15 or so, I imagine like it was some sort of poetic justice....or something, I just wanted the card.

I've always hated the Meta, Yugioh always had a really bad power creep, but todays Meta doesn't compare to yesterdays Meta, like the butt fuckingly annoying Yata-Lock and the whole Butterfly Dagger - Elma problem, even today, looking at the banlist brings back memories of cunts being cunty, driving their cunty cars and living in their cunty cottages on their cunty yard with their cunty family and cunty pets.

So, yeah, you may have noticed I hate the meta gamers of today.

And it's not like their hard to beat, every popular meta-deck after about 2009 always has one gimmick that they exploit repeatadly until someone falls asleep, which, 80% of the time, it involves swarming the field with special summons and overwhelming the other player (Blackwings) or abusing the Removed From Play (Now Banished) and just throwing nasty cards on the field like confetti (DD)

Which is why I made my Naturia Lockdown, made everyone sad because they couldn't abuse special summoning or Spell cards.

That and I have 3 Bottomless and 3 regular trap holes in my deck, because it's funny as shit when they put the entire game on one synchro card, and it trips over it's own feet in to a hole and dies..

Good times...
