Ok so I tried replacing the 2 o-rings on the stem, the o-ring inside the stem, the big piston o-ring, the velocity adjustment screws o-ring (I tried sizes 009 and 010), and I flipped over the velocity screw seat. I also made sure my shims are in order and I cleaned and lubed (Dow 33) the enitre reg and every o-ring. It still leaks (farts).

Heres a video:

Sorry for the shaking at the beginning I dont know why I shook the camera so much.

I've never seen that before. I'd try googling farting hyper 2 and see if any other threads come up, or just contact dye.

Did it just randomly start doing that? What would happen if you just turn it three turns out and THEN turn your ASA on? Do you have the right number of shim? (Never know, sometimes you just lose them when you clean it).

I'd say it's either the seat or the shims based on the video, but it's a tough call without actually seeing it.

Rebuild it with the manual. Maybe somethings upside down or shim are incorrect

Ok I fixed it, the stem o-ring wasnt quite inside the groove so it would keep falling out and stick to the top of the reg seat.
