Me too! For endurance I know jogging at a set pace over long distances helps. You can gain flexibility over time by just stretching until it hurts everyday lol

I'm really just looking to be healthier, but with the focus of tourneyball. I'm also going to pick a 5k to run, so that'll be a goal too.

Hey i was looking at the boss bolt v2 which comes with a spring kit for about $30. from what i understand the springs all have different thicknesses than the stock spring. my question is what effect does a thicker/thinner spring have on the way the gun shoots with the boss bolt?

The effect is the spring tension. I believe it has to do with travel time to it's original position. I ran my Boss bolt with my stock spring but I still had impressive results. I say get the spring kit because it is supposed to make it better on how the marker shoots.

1.)Back cap 1 1/2 turns out from all the way in
2.)Lower the OP until desired FPS is acquired
3.)Lower dwell until it messes with your FPS then add 1 or 2 blinks from when it started messing with the FPS

My baby. Get to play with it at team practice tomorrow. The barrel is green because the person i traded my drone allowed me to keep the stock barrel from the drone. I would like the shockwave board. Will empire send it for free??

A friend is selling his boss bolt for the mini. Would it fit on the axe? He is selling for $25 and it comes with a spring kit. I also am going to use the longest spring for the best shot, what should my dwell be set at? I know that i have to set the pressure at 150 and velocity adjuster at 1.5 turns from all the way in, but what should i set the dwell at for the long spring.
